I started taking sea moss 6 weeks ago by adding it to my morning juice. I feel like I’m ingesting the best of Mother Nature! I would say the biggest thing I’ve noticed since starting to take it is my overall well being. I have more energy and feel more positive and grounded. I can’t wait to see what the next 6 weeks brings!
I have acid reflux, which often triggers my asthma. I decided to stop taking medication and try sea moss gel instead. To my surprise, not only did my acid reflux disappear, but my asthma symptoms went away as well. This particular brand of sea moss gel was the best I've ever tried. Normally, sea moss gels have a strong taste of the sea, but this one was quite easy to consume.
